No worries – ZazaLab is here to help you out throughout the process.
Questioning what to do first? Choose where you intend to sell your products:

European Union (EU) Cosmetics Compliance

If you decided to sell your product within countries of the European union (EU) your obligation is to:

  1. Produce (or import) cosmetic products according to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) for cosmetics (ISO 22716)
  2. Assign a responsible person. Responsible person according to EC1223/2009 is a person or a company, whose main task is to make sure that the cosmetic products placed on the EU market are safe for human health and are compliant with the relevant regulations
  3. Notify your products on CPNP (Cosmetic product notification portal)
  4. Prepare PIF (product information file) for all products you produce and/or import
  5. Other national requirements, specific to each country.

Serbian Cosmetics Compliance

If you decided to sell your products in the Republic of Serbia, from year 2023 onwards you are obliged to follow similar requirements as stated for the EU countries.

ZazaLab team is ready to help you with the process of compliance to regulatory requirements!
